Md. Farhatul Abrar Successfully Defended his MSc Thesis, Congratulations!
Md. Farhatul Abrar has successfully defended his MSc thesis under the supervision of Dr. Kawnish Kirtania on January 19, 2025. His thesis, titled “Life Cycle Assessment of Anaerobic Digestate Valorization through Hydrothermal Carbonization,” explores the environmental sustainability of hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) as a promising approach to valorizing anaerobic digestate.
Abrar has been an integral part of the SEER group, actively contributing as a Research Assistant on a project focused on the valorization of bio-slurry from anaerobic digestion. His research provides valuable insights into sustainable waste management and circular bioeconomy strategies.
We congratulate Abrar on this achievement and wish him continued success in his research endeavors!
